Immunocore Ltd.

In October 2008, MediGene spun off the mTCR technology based on soluble monoclonal T-cell receptors into the company Immunocore Ltd. With a stake of about 32% in Immunocore, MediGene is the main shareholder and has one seat on the Board of Directors. MediGene has retained the right of first refusal for defined cancer indications in order to further develop the technology.
