MediGene strives to contribute to the successful treatment of critically ill cancer patients and to improve their quality of life. In 2015, MediGene wants to be a sustainably profitable oncology company which develops innovative drugs and brings them to the market in collaboration with partners.

MediGene is the first German biotechnology company with drugs on the market which are distributed by partner companies. MediGene has several drug candidates in different phases of clinical development, and possesses proprietary technologies for drug discovery and development that feed MediGene’s own product pipeline and are also available for partnerships. The revenues from drug sales will help to finance other development projects.

In the long term, it will be very important for MediGene to further develop its innovative technologies, and to bring competitive drugs to the market. This may be accomplished on the basis of our own resources or through acquisitions, licensing, or by means of partnerships with other companies.
