FSA - Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle für die Arzneimittelindustrie e.V.
As a member of the FSA (Association for the Voluntary Self-Regulation of the Pharmaceutical Industry), Medigene is commited to upholding the terms of fair competition with doctors and patient organizations for the benefit of patients. This organization, which is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, monitors and ensures appropriate collaborations between pharmaceutical companies and doctors, drugstores and other health care professionals as well as patient self-help organizations. Moreover, the FSA also applies sanctions for any infringements of regulations.

FSA Transparency Code
The Transparency Code obliges all FSA member companies to publish their direct and indirect services provided to doctors, health care professionals and health care organizations. This includes services related to research and development as well as donations and other unilateral services in connection with advanced training courses, service and consultancy fees.
